quilting
The quilting ladies quilt on Tuesday mornings from 9:00–11:00 A.M. throughout the year. We stop for coffee and sweets midmorning. There are many different jobs for you: tie, cut, sort, fold, iron, assemble, or sew a straight seam on a sewing machine. We would LOVE to have more ladies join us!!
We sew and send quilts all over the world through Lutheran World Relief. We sew quilts to give away at Christmas, for newly baptized babies, for the EWALU quilt sale, and for anyone needing a quilt in a time of need. We have recently partnered with "Sleep in Heavenly Peace" of Delaware County. The quilts make nice gifts, also, and we sell them for $25 each.
